2. Hosting

This website is hosted by: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland (Serverstandort Deutschland). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

3. Short enquiry via the contact form

Through the short enquiry on the contact page we process your name, e-mail, phone (optional), the selected service and your message solely to answer it and to prepare a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

The enquiry is sent by e-mail to kontakt@raritassourcing.de and stored in our mailbox with our host (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland (Serverstandort Deutschland)). It is accessed only by us and, where necessary for your order and named in the offer, by commissioned partners. After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt with a reference number at the address you gave (without the text of your message); it serves only to handle your enquiry and contains no advertising.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your data to answer the request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

5. WhatsApp

The WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp app or website only after you click it; no data is transferred before. Provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; the provider participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, please use the form or e-mail.

6. Cookies, fonts, statistics

This website sets no cookies. Your choice between light and dark display is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. No consent is required for this technically necessary storage (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Fonts are loaded from this website’s server, not from third parties.

We use no statistics, analytics or tracking services and create no user profiles.

7. Checks under the Money Laundering Act

If you commission us, we process identification data of clients, counterparties and beneficial owners and the results of sanctions screening. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the German Money Laundering Act (GwG). These records are kept for five years (§ 8(4) GwG).

8. Storage period

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Commercial and tax records are kept for the statutory periods.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
