For your bank
Everything your bank will ask for.
High-value transactions are scrutinised, and rightly so. We prepare the paperwork so that your bank, your auditor and your insurer can follow every step.
You receive
- KYC file on the supplier and its beneficial owners
- Sanctions screening record (EU, UN, US)
- Proof of origin and chain of custody
- Independent assay or laboratory report
- Kimberley Process certificate for rough diamonds
- Insurance certificate for the declared value
- Air waybill or bill of lading, export and import declarations
- Signed handover protocols with seal numbers
- Export-control assessment and, where required, BAFA licence
- Cash-control declaration for gold crossing the external border of the EU

How payments flow
To the supplier directly
after inspection and against documents.
Or through escrow or a notary
released once the agreed conditions are met.
Our fee is separate
stated in the written offer and invoiced on its own. We accept no cash.
How a consignment travels
Illustration: gold bars moving from a seller’s vault to the buyer’s vault abroad.
1
Collection
The bars are weighed, sealed and photographed at the seller’s vault in the presence of our representative and an independent inspector.
2
Armoured transfer
A licensed security company takes the sealed consignment to the valuables handling area of the airport.
3
Flight
Valuable cargo on a scheduled flight, or a private aircraft. Our courier travels on the same flight.
4
Customs
Export and import declarations are filed by licensed customs brokers; our courier attends the inspection.
5
Delivery
Armoured transfer to the receiving vault. Seals are checked against the photographs, the recipient signs, the file is closed.
