    Confidentiality agreement

    On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement with you before any detail is discussed. Every partner we involve is bound to confidentiality.

    Need to know

    Drivers, crews, security teams and hotels receive only the details their task requires. Your full identification stays with us – and with the banks and authorities entitled to it.

    Security-led travel

    Where the security assessment calls for it, we use business-aviation terminals, separate entrances and vehicles without company branding – standard practice, agreed in advance with the licensed operators involved.

    Your data

    Enquiries are kept in our mailbox with a German host, mandate files only with us. No publicity, no references and no photographs without your written consent.

Discretion is not anonymity

Under the German Money Laundering Act we must know our clients and their beneficial owners and keep these records for five years. We disclose information only where the law obliges us to: to banks, customs or authorities. That is precisely why discretion with us is reliable.
